Questions
The fine print, in plain terms.
- What counts as a contact?
- Nothing counts, because contacts are unlimited on every account. Import your whole list on day one — the price does not move.
- Are email and text priced separately?
- No. $99 covers both channels from the same campaign builder. Carrier fees for SMS are passed through at cost with no markup.
- What happens after the trial?
- You get 14 days to build a list, authenticate a domain and send. We ask for a card when the trial ends, not before, and nothing sends without your say-so.
- Can I use my own sending domain?
- That is the default, not an upgrade. We walk you through the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records and keep re-checking them so a later edit cannot quietly break your delivery.
- Can I cancel whenever?
- Yes, month to month with no exit fee. You can export your contacts and campaign history at any point, including after you cancel.
